Abstract

ndicators for People's Welfare of Teluk Wondama Regency 2018 is an annual publication that presents indicators that can be used to assess the condition of people's welfare in Teluk Wondama Regency. Data is presented in tabular and graphical form. In some review tables, the data presented is divided by gender to see gender differences in certain aspects. In this publication, people's participation discusses various specific aspects, namely population, health, education, workforce, consumption and welfare patterns, housing, and other social indicators. Based on the projections, the population of Teluk Wondama in 2018 will reach 31,769 people, consisting of 17,096 men and 14,673 women. Increasing the welfare level of the people of Wondama Bay in the health sector can be seen from the increase in life expectancy. In the year of 2018 Life expectancy in Teluk Wondama Regency increased from 59.26 years to 59.53 years. At education field, the average length of school averaged 6.75 years but the expected length of schooling was 11.05 years. From the aspect of consumption patterns, the publication of Gulf residents Wondama in 2018 is still dominated by food expenditure (Rp.635,392) received for non-food purchases (Rp. 492,238). The percentage of poor people in Wondama Bay in 2018 was 33.32 percent greater than the previous year. The condition and quality of the house occupied reflects the socio-economic situation of the household. As much as 54.11 percent of households in Teluk Wondama Regency in 2018 received houses with their own status. Meanwhile, in terms of education, the population aged 5 years and over who accessed the internet during the last 3 months in 2018 was 22.37 percent for the male population and 17.45 percent for the female population.
